Lucia Fraser ceramics are made from high fired stoneware and glazed in food safe glazes unless stated otherwise.

All items intended for daily use in the kitchen (plates and small bowls) are dishwasher safe on a gentle cycle. 

Hand washing is recommended for more delicate larger pieces such as the oval platters, serving bowls and vases.

Avoid sudden temperature changes, such as placing a hot piece directly into cold water, as this may cause thermal shock.

While durable, handmade ceramics should be handled with care to prevent chipping or breakages.
